founder of the company, Gazi Ercel, was Governor of the Central Bank of
Turkey between 1996 through 2001. Throughout his career, Mr. Ercel has
noticed the need for financial expertise with an international perspective
in Turkey. No full service consultancy with extensive experience and the
proper connections to work with emerging markets has ever properly addressed the needs of top shelf investors. After leaving his post as Governor of the Central Bank of Turkey in March of 2001, he established EGA to fill this gap in the investment community.

In conjunction with its services, EGA is committed to harnessing the
potential of emerging markets. Market dynamics relating to emerging market
economies could amplify market pressures and rally international financial
system. Implementing sound economic policy and building broad-based
political support for reforms in these economies still remain the sine qua
